Open Source Intelligence training

On 4-5 December, 2019 Open Source Intelligence training (OSINT) was offered for the first time to the representatives of the Border Police of Georgia. The training funded by the NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme was exclusively organized for the law enforcements officials. It aimed to develop analytical capabilities, critical thinking, effective data gathering and other technical tools required for the operations. Some practical work enabled participants to use various search engines, conduct fact checking, use geospatial intelligence etc.  OSINT was conducted by the UK based open source intelligence investigator Mr. Lorand Bodo, who has vast experience in training military, law enforcements etc.
